I pursued Product Management opportunity. Prior to the final interview the team assigned me the following:

• Prompt: Assume role of entrepreneur. You realize need in the market for accredited investors, they need to research investment opportunities, don’t think anyone is doing well.
• Deliverables: Backlog / Roadmap / Feature list, Design mockup, Functional spec, Business model (max 1 page)

Update January 2024

I’ve experienced and learned plenty since producing this back in 2019. My approach today would most likely not include a RICE based prioritization approach. I believe this kinda of weighting exercises usually indicate a lack of product strategy.
