Senior Product Manager Premise | August 2021 – February 2024

Premise is a B2B2C SaaS Insights marketplace. I was recruited to help the team that was struggling to enable insights at scale. They were drowning in demand for insights which required custom dashboards which did not scale and limited growth capacity. 

  • Led a team that discovered & launched MyPremise enabling insights at scale and unlocking growth. Correlated with doubling ARR, growing commercial <$1M -> $20M.
  • Helped Premise escape a HIPPO-decision-making build trap by influencing leadership to move toward an empowered team model and adopt a North Star metric.
  • Implemented continuous discovery practice to inform opportunities.
  • Led cross functional team discovery and solution iteration, testing key hypotheses.
  • Owned and managed a series of successful iterative cross-functional launches.
  • Evangelized updates internally and externally increasing adoption rate.
  • Built consensus for plans among x-functional leads with poorly aligned incentives.

Led incubation and launch of Premise AI-Powered Video+Voice 

  • Researched market potential and competitive landscape for video-based qualitative insights at quantitative scale, then crafted business case for pursuit.

Co-Founder & Product Lead Stealth Golf Startup (part time) | January 2021 – Current

Zero to one, we bootstrapped a B2B2C SaaS app that manages coaches business so they can focus on coaching their players.

  • Interviewed coaches/players to inform a strategy addressing coaches’ key jobs to be done such as consolidating communication, reducing friction for players, and automating key business activities so they can focus on coaching.
  • Evaluated coach’s willingness to pay early and often, refining product vision.
  • Experimented with various subscription models and prices to maximize margins.
  • Interviewed candidates and advised the founder on selecting a development partner.
  • Designed and tested prototypes with potential customers to validate hypotheses.
  • Advised founder on selecting and managing third party development agency.

Technical Product Manager Clear Channel Outdoor | May 2020 – July 2021

Recruited to be the primary PM on the CCO market facing technology team.

  • Led integration with multiple ad serving platforms to increase real-time ad demand.
  • Evaluated issues and led a team implementing real-time bidding API enhancements. This increased successful ad plays from 89% to 95% over the course of H2 2020, leading to record Q12021.
  • Led collaborative initiative establishing a CCO product vision to align strategic technology direction. We imagined a future all internal stakeholders could rally around with no barriers for customers getting their word out via billboards.

Product Manager Ratio / Globant | Seattle May 2017 – April 2020

Product Consulting Accomplishments | HBO, Coldwell Banker, LivePerson, PlutoTV, Atria Wealth Solutions

  • Launched Exclusive Looks, a platform for sharing pre-MLS “pocket-listings,” to 47k+ Coldwell Banker real estate agents. Agents added 11,000 listings in 6 months, increasing the likelihood CB represented both buyer and seller.
  • Successfully advised multiple client leadership teams to seek customer insights.
  • Delivered key insights and recommendations supported by customer interviews.
  • Hypothesized and tested multiple solution variations with customers to inform the CX.

Signal (OTT SaaS) Accomplishments | FloSports, FanDuel

  • Won approval for capital infusion, led implementation, and launched five OTT apps with clients distributing to 50,000+ MAUs accounting for $300,000+ in ARR.
  • Supported Sales by demoing capabilities and architecting solutions, leading to winning the aforementioned clients.

  • Discovered and launched re-platformed hotel reporting facilitating 10k+ daily bookings.

Product Manager Viewpost | Orlando 2014 – 2016

Viewpost raised VC funding to build the first B2B invoicing and payments network. I was recruited to manage the Network component.

  • Discovered, validated, and launched a new one-user-multi-account initiative responsible for more than 1,000+ new business customers within a year.
  • Identified strategic and market opportunity for small business invoicing and payments solutions. Proposed, defined, and launched Viewpost Invoice, our first native app.
  • Analyzed network feature set current state, identified issues, and implemented enhancements doubling connection rate, a critical retention indicator.
  • Learned SQL/Splunk to assemble 30+ analytic dashboards, saving internal stakeholders hours weekly in evaluating user behaviors, trends, and debugging.
  • Analyzed data and validated a hypothesis that a call-out would increase scheduled payments.
  • Negotiated contextually disabling app login, cutting failed login attempts in half, increasing two-week retention 5%.

Product Lead OrderEm / MunchEm | Orlando 2013 – 2014

Opted to pursue startup opportunity as first hire over a corporate sales role. Learned product and launched an enduring B2B2C SaaS restaurant ordering platform with a technical founder.
